1. Data controller

The Marge Guard app is published by Rachid Bouhmou, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique. Contact: contact@aoex.be.

2. Data we process

Store information (domain, currency, time zone, tax setting), discounts, products, variants, prices, unit costs and inventory, and order lines from the last 60 days (prices, discounts, quantities). No customer personal data (name, email, phone, address) is read or stored.

3. Purpose

This data is used only to calculate your margins and flag sales at a loss. It is never sold, shared or used for profiling.

4. Retention

Scan results are kept for 90 days at most. All store data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop deletion request, about 48 hours after uninstalling.

5. Hosting

Data is hosted by Fly.io, region Paris (cdg).

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). The database is hosted on Fly.io with encryption at rest and daily backups.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at contact@aoex.be. Requests are handled within 30 days.
